The fastest moving segment of the market continues to be homes priced under $200,000,
120 homes sold under $400,000 of the 135 sales throughout Martin County in October.
Homes over $400,000 had their highest number of sales in June and July in 2011.
This is data that Sellers can use to gauge the length of time it could
take a home to sell if no new homes come on the market.
